This weekend...

we're traveling back to our old stomping grounds of Birmingham, AL for James Michael Fenwick's graduation from Samford University, one of the finest in the south! Can you tell I miss that place and am looking forward to being back in Bham. We actually haven't been back since October of last year, which is a really long time for the Goodmans. After we graduated professional school and moved home to Nashville, I'm pretty sure we were down there every other month to visit friends! What a difficult transition that was for me especially! Of course now Nashville is definitely home to us both, in spirit and in reality! I think if I had cried one more time when we left Bham after visiting there, Alex would have just left me down there to survive on my own! (I'm sure that wouldn't be the real case, but it felt like he might have wanted to sometimes!)
