I was monogramming like crazy..still am. I absolutely LOVE my machine and have started making some burp cloths/diapers and onesies for friends! Let me know if you need a baby gift. This is just something for fun on the side. With so many friends pregnant, I can't wait to have them each a cute creation! I'm not sure where this creativity has sparked from, but WHOA! I think Alex is more annoyed with it than anything.
Running- so we ran 9 miles this past weekend. Sweet Alex has become my running companion, since the girls from work backed out. He was TOTALLY NOT planning on running the half-marathon, but oh he is now! He has been so uplifting and encouraging during the entire training process. He has to listen to me grunt and complain on each long run! I can't wait for April 24 to get here so I can begin running or doing whatever cardio workout I want, rather than the schedule to have us prepared for the big day. I recently purchased my race day outfit thanks to Fleet Feet Sports, which will be completed by my cool kicks also purchased at Fleet Feet Sports in Brentwood! Love that place!
Short Vacation- we headed to the beach for a long weekend getaway with the Goodmans a few weeks ago! We went to Orange Beach, AL which was a family vacation for them years ago! It was fun to return and hear Diane remind us of fun family memories every 1/4 mile! ;) Picts to follow!
